Messiah in the Passover
This "living" sermon is presented from a traditional Jewish Passover Seder table rather than from behind the pulpit and dramatically demonstrates the links between the ancient Passover Seder and the Lord’s Supper. The message, because of its visual nature, is especially interesting to children as well as adults.
Israel: God’s Prophetic Time Clock and Key to End-Time Revival
God’s ongoing program of redemption for Israel and the World is presented through various Old and New Testament texts. The Church’s mandate to evangelize the Jewish people is examined and how it relates to God’s redemptive plan for the future. This testimony of God’s sovereignty and grace clearly demonstrates that He is the Lord who was, and is, and is to come!
The Feasts of Israel
The message of the Feasts of Israel focuses on the seven festivals (Leviticus 23: 4-44) which God gave to the Jewish community. The message provides the biblical background and prophetic significance of the feasts. We demonstrate how Messiah is the ultimate fulfillment of each. Further, we describe how the festivals are observed today and how they can be used in our witness to the Jewish people.
Jewish Evangelism Seminar
This presentation is best for an evening or midweek service or even an adult Sunday school. The topics covered by the Seminar include Jewish sensitivities to the gospel, basic “how to” on sharing the gospel with Jewish people and how to answer Jewish objections to the gospel. Time is allotted for questions and answers as well.
Are We Living in the Last Days?
This pre-millennial, pre-tribulation message stresses the imminence of the Lord’s return and examines the possibility that indeed we are living in the Last Days before the end of the Church Age. It is a clear Gospel presentation as well as an exhortation for believers to "look up . . . for your redemption draweth nigh (Luke 21:28)."
Personal Testimony
Hear how a homeless drug addict was profoundly transformed through the power of the Gospel. The parables of the sower and the tares are examined along with the tremendous impact they had upon Peter in his search for meaning and purpose in life. This evangelistic testimony will touch the hearts of all who hear it.
A Messianic Overview of the Book of Hebrews
The Messianic times and the context of these early Jewish believers are introduced in the light of their persecution. The early Church experienced the most growth when undergoing hardship. The Old Testament background of this epistle is explored throughout the message. Believers today can learn a valuable lesson from these early believers’ experiences.
To the Jew First . . .
The book of Acts is chronologically taught through the life of Paul, the Apostle to the Gentiles. The divinely ordained strategy of reaching the Jew first with the gospel is clearly displayed in Paul’s ministry. This is a vital message for the church today.
Quotations of the Old Testament in the New Testament
The Hebrew Scriptures are utilized in various manners in the Greek New Testament. This presentation analyzes the hermeneutics and the applications of key verses, especially in the book of Matthew. Jesus Himself, as well as the Apostles, quoted the Old Testament extensively in different ways.
The Covenants of God
Walk through the 8 key covenants of the Bible and see how they relate to the Jewish people and the Church. Hear this exciting message from the beginning of time through the Abrahamic Covenant and the Law of Moses on up to the New Covenant inaugurated by Christ. Build your faith and find out how they relate to you personally. “As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15b)
Dispensationalism: God’s Plan for the Ages
Throughout history God has dispensed His grace to Man in various ways at different times. Each dispensation has a covenant at its core. This message explores these dispensations as they relate to Israel and the Nations in the past, present, and future.
The Messiah in Genesis
Messiah Yeshua is clearly promised and pictured in the book of Genesis. Peter traces this thread from Genesis 3:15, through the patriarchal period, all the way to the closing chapters of the book. This exciting message is a real faith builder and opens up God’s prophetic plan from the beginning.
Rabbinic Judaism: Is it Biblical?
See how the rabbis trace their authority all the way back to Moses using various Scripture references. Rabbinic Judaism is also polemical against Christianity and gaining insight into it is invaluable for understanding how to witness to the Jewish people.
The Book of Habakkuk
Hear how Habakkuk’s dialogue with God uncovers some key moral issues for the believer. Why do the wicked prosper? (see Psalm 73:12) And what was Habakkuk’s blessed hope? The book of Habakkuk is an encouragement for Christians today to persevere through trials. “The just shall live by his faith” (Habakkuk 2:4b)
The Times of the Gentiles
This message focuses on the four Gentile empires that have exerted control over Jerusalem through the ages and that will continue to do so until the Messiah returns. Daniel provides a foundation for understanding the scope of end-time prophecy, and Revelation, Chapter 13, presents an outline of how event will unfold. This panoramic view of prophecy shows the sovereignty of God and His rule over the nations. This is a great teaching for Sunday school, and can be coordinated with Israel: God’s Prophetic Time Clock and Key to End-Time Revival.
The Remnant
Romans, Chapter 11, is exegeted verse by verse in this message. Peter explains how the Church has not replaced Israel in all of the Covenants of God since Abraham, including the New Covenant. God still has a plan for Israel, and He will bring it to pass. This message gives an insight into God’s prophetic plan for the world. The relationship and position in Messiah for Jews and Gentiles alike are also examined, as Peter expounds the text.
Armageddon and the Second Coming
In this message, the eight stages of Armageddon leading up to the Second Coming of Christ are enumerated and explained from Scripture. The Antichrist and his allies will gather in an attempt to destroy the Jewish people. But if the Jewish people are destroyed, Satan will have succeeded in breaking God’s Word and there will be no Second Coming. This exciting message speaks of God’s plan for Israel and the nations in the last days.
Isaiah 53: Who Has Believed Our Report?
This crucial Messianic prophecy is exegeted in light of its original audience: ancient Israel. Hear, from the Book of Isaiah, how Messiah suffered and died for the sins of His people and also for the world. Believers are equipped for sharing their faith, and some basics of bibliology are also explained in this evangelistic message.
The Book of Revelation
Here, we have a two-part series that gives a Messianic overview of the Book of Revelation. John wrote of the things that were, of the things that are, and of things that are to come (Rev. 1:19). This survey looks at the book and presents it in its basic, chronological fashion. People will be excited to hear about and get a grasp on this apocalyptic book!
Isaiah, the Herald of Judgment
Chapter 5 of Isaiah describes the conditions and the state of Israel, as it is ripe for the judgment of God. This can be correlated to current events, as a description is given of a nation that has lost its moral compass and is ready for God’s chastisement. Judgment, however, begins with the house of God. This message exhorts Christians to study their Bibles and to be prepared to witness (2 Tim. 2:15).
The Bible: Is it True?
Here, we find a comprehensive defense for the infallible, inerrant, and eternal Word of God. Principles that demonstrate the reliability of the Scriptures are examined and elaborated upon so believers can know they have a sure word of prophecy (2 Peter 1:19). Every prediction in the Bible has either come to pass, or will come to pass. This is the sure foundation of our faith in Messiah!
